An informative and light review of completing a leg workout plus a general cool down.


Testosterone & Thigh Workouts

From studying yoga for advanced life impact there was ancient guidance that consistently working on thighs increases masculine energy and libido. Some modern studies also agree with this and ally it to a testosterone increase.


Guidance

  1. Watch the videos first and only do the movement if you know you won’t aggravate a condition

  2. Post-workout cool-down and stretch is useful even on its own

  3. Just wear your office shirt and crack on. The reduced laundry is a win-win.

  4. Combined time: 40mins


The Workout: 10 Min Leg Burner

16mins: Video 11mins +5 mins preamble

Reflections: This is a quad-killer for me. My glutes were fine but that’s just me: we’re all different.





Cool Down: Full-Body



16mins: Video 13mins + 5mins water breaks

Reflections: The cooldown has some moves that are similar to yoga moves. I disagree about how long to hold poses. In my mind they should be held longer, but the overall goal of looking after the body is achieved so it’s usable for me.


Non-Physical Benefits:

Exercise in general gives me a buzz and I felt virtuous.
