I worked with Hardeep during the pandemic between March 2020 and September 2020. As for so many, this was a very difficult time for me but with Hardeep’s guidance, wisdom and grounded support, I felt courageous enough to meet parts of my personality that I had locked away for years. Parts of myself that I felt too ashamed to acknowledge consciously or to share with another. 

Hardeep led me through kundalini yoga practices, breath practices and meditation. Our time together was invaluable and helped me navigate a truly uncomfortable and soul-shaking time in my life. 

His dedication to remaining a dependable, calm and open-minded coach was not unnoticed and helped build a deep trust in our sessions. 

Don’t get me wrong, we laughed A LOT which laid a playful and easeful foundation for my transformation as I felt safe to share and be vulnerable.

I got into meditation as part of getting involved in more and more wellbeing activities. I was unsure about meditation and didn’t really understand how it could work for me.

I was looking into wellbeing to help me manage stress and depression, to stop myself from being overwhelmed with work and life stresses.

Hardeep ran some meditation sessions for me and a team being held as part of a wellbeing and mental health initiative. He volunteered his skills as part of this, and ran a session for a group of people on-site in the office.

Hardeep has such a calming and positive influence. He makes you feel as though he could take everything in his stride, and that everything will be ok – and this is contagious!

Hardeep’s knowledge and impact in the meditation was incredible. I felt quite cynical about meditation before the session, but the way in which Hardeep delivered the session gave me an understanding of how beneficial it can be. He is an incredible teacher.
